Our transparent noise barrier impresses with its clear, noise-reducing structure. We use transparent Hammerglass panels that are up to an impressive 5.60 meters high. You don't need to worry about supporting steel posts - there are none with our solution. To avoid bird collision, we offer a bird-safe design.

The transparency of the panels is a central part of our Hammerglass philosophy. It allows for harmonious integration into the environment and creates an infrastructure that promotes both safety and well-being. POST-FREE, our innovative mounting system, provides the necessary stability through a vertical 90-degree bend.

The individual panels are connected to each other at fixed points, and the curved element of each section is firmly anchored in a rigid steel angle. This, in turn, is securely bolted to the foundation. The structure is therefore solid and stable.

The most common thickness for our Hammerglass noise barriers is 12 mm. This may seem thin at first glance, but don't be fooled. These dimensions enable a noise reduction of 34 dBRw, just like conventional glazing. But Hammerglass has another decisive advantage: it weighs only about half as much as a glass equivalent and is virtually unbreakable. The Hammerglass pane can also be printed, thus achieving a bird-proof design. bird-proof design is achieved.

The low weight offers several advantages. Firstly, it reduces the load. Secondly, it makes assembly much easier. But that's not all. The overall noise reduction is also influenced by the clever design of our solution. The wide, vertical 50-cm bending radius at each section is strategically aligned with traffic.

This makes our noise control solution an extremely effective sound blocker. The traffic noise is reflected directly back into the traffic environment. Here, the sound waves break and are reduced. In this way, we create a quiet, pleasant atmosphere and effectively protect you from unwanted noise.

Visibility without noise! The new CE-marked noise barrier from Hammerglass to be used in the Stockholm bypass area is self-supporting. By bending the Hammerglass panels where there should be a post, the screen itself becomes so stable that no steel post is needed between the glass panels.

The noise barrier is equipped with a bird-proof design, in this case with thin strips to prevent bird collisions, which cannot be seen from a distance but are nevertheless registered by birds. The result is an almost invisible noise barrier!
